We weren't fans of Rumer Willis' new hair color at first, but now that it's settled a bit, we love it!

While Rumer's little sister Tallulah was getting into mischief and prancing around the Empire Polo Field in a retro bikini, the 24-year-old actress was snapped with a gal pal in between shows. Glad to see someone in the family is holding it together!

The previous day Rumer and steady beau Jayson Blair went to the Lacoste L!ve 4th Annual Desert Pool Party along with the A|X Armani Exchange Neon Carnival. Wonder if they'll be back next week for round two?
