Kim Kardashian is back in LA from what could be her last trip before giving birth and now, down to business ... time to plan the baby shower!

Kim had a pow-wow with her sisters Kourtney and Khloe yesterday, since the big event is only a week away.

The ballerina-music box invites went out last week, but the location has yet to be revealed, though we do know it will be a garden party (Kris Jenner's back yard, perhaps?).

Kim fueled up on pasta at Beverly Hills after the meeting -- and while she looked lovely in black and white, her maxi-dress was a bit long and she almost tripped. Fortunately, accident avoided!
