Kim, Kourtney and Khloe took to the red carpet for a photo op before signing autographs for fans. Kim Tweeted, after the event: "Thank you Houston for the amazing love!!!!" She also posted a photo of her swollen feet after wearing Givenchy cage heels for the entire event and the effects weren't pretty ...
She wrote: "Swollen feet or a new Givenchy tattoo?"

No rest for the weary ... after making an appearance in Houston, the girls flew to New York for Monday's Metropolitan Costume Institute Gala. Kim will attend with baby daddy Kanye West, who's performing at the event. In fact, it's the only reason Kim was invited, after a long-standing feud between the event's doyenne, Vogue editor Anna Wintour, claimed years ago she's never feature Kim on her pages. I guess Kim forgave her ... that, or she's just desperate to attend the Gala!
