Miley Cyrus took to Twitter to release some unexpected news ... the short-haired hottie was given the top spot on Maxim's Hot 100 list.
The singer/actress Tweeted:
Maxim mag hasn't confirmed the news yet, so we're left to wonder why Miley would leak the news early ... but who cares! She Instagram'd the above photo from the upcoming spread and girlfriend's looking haawwt!
