Fresh off topping MAXIM's Hot 100 list, Miley Cyrus took it upon herself to show the world why, topless and taunting, on the cover of the mag's latest issue. Woah mama!
The former Disney star beat out a bevy of Hollywood's finest to nab the top spot, including Rihanna, Beyonce and Kate Upton to name a few.
