EXCLUSIVE VIDEO - Reese Witherspoon's Husband Jim Toth Asked About Going To Rehab

Reese Witherspoon's husband Jim Toth arrived to work at the CAA building in Century City on Monday morning, and when asked if he will be entering rehab following his DUI arrest in Atlanta, he declined to comment.
The couple were arrested in Atlanta on April 19 after Toth was pulled over on suspicion of driving while intoxicated. Toth blew a .139 on a breathalyzer test and was taken into custody, and Witherpoon was arrested for disorderly conduct after disobeying a police officer who told her to stay inside the car.
Last week Witherspoon's lawyer Bruce Morris plead no contest on her behalf for physical obstruction of another, and Toth plead guilty to driving under the influence. Toth won't have to serve any time in jail, but he will be on probation for 12 months and he must perform 40 hours of community service and attend an alcohol education program.
Their arrest video hit the web last week, and not only does Toth laugh at one point during the clip, but after Reese has her drunken outburst he tells the arresting office that he had "nothing to do with that."
