Lil Twist and Lil Za drove BFF Justin Bieber's white Ferrari 458 Italia and his Stealth Land Rover to breakfast at Urth Caffe in West Hollywood on Wednesday morning, and from the pricey rides to their ridiculous outfits, everyone within a 30 meter radius couldn't help but stare at the boys.

A parking enforcement officer asked Bieber's besties to move after they illegally parked the vehicles but Lil Twist still made time to chat with our videographer about his upcoming album "Bad Decisions." Wonder if Biebs will be backing the album?
