Justin Bieber has officially moved on from his ex Selena Gomez. The pop sensation was spotted with a new lady love during his last Vegas trip.

The Biebs went indoor skydiving in Vegas with his boys on June 16 and was reportedly joined by a local Hooters waitress named Jordan Ozuna.

According to E! Online, the blonde beauty came into the facility with Justin and continuously gave him "little pecks and kisses." "In the waiting room area, she was sitting on his lap and they were kissing," a source told E! Online.

Justin's lady friend was also allegedly caressing his head and shoulders. "Right before the flight, in a second waiting room area, he laid down on her left side, and he had his head between her legs and had his cap half-covering his face," the source said. Umm, that sounds awfully scandalous.

She then reportedly took a seat on his lap once they put on their flight gear. A witness told E! that the singer "was occasionally putting his hands around her waist, [giving her] a couple quick kisses" as they grabbed their helmets.

Things got even more heated when Justin's crew started flying, leaving the lovebirds behind to canoodle. "He had his head resting in her lap [and she was] petting his head," the source said.

I guess what happens in Vegas, doesn't stay in Vegas.
