Justin Bieber To Orbit Earth In Richard Branson’s Virgin Galactic

Justin Bieber is heading to space to orbit the earth in one of Richard Branson’s Virgin Galactic flights!

Bieber retweeted a post from Branson which read, “Great to hear @justinbieber & @scooterbraun are latest @virgingalactic future astronauts. Congrats, see you up there!”

The Galactic will be the company's first commercial suborbital flight, which will have passengers flying 62 miles above the earth. Virgin launched SpaceShipTwo from the Mojave Desert in April, and E! News reports that if all goes well, the maiden voyage could take place as soon as the end of this year.

Stars such as Leonardo DiCaprio, Tom Hanks and Ashton Kutcher have also purchased the $250,000 tickets on Virgin Galactic.

Back in February Bieber tweeted, "I wanna do a concert in space." Looks like he's been thinking about this for a while...
