On the heels of her granddaughter Paris Jackson's suicide attempt, Katherine Jackson visited a medical building for a check-up.

The Jackson matriarch must have sustained a hand injury as she was spotted leaving a Beverly Hills medical facility with a brace on her right hand. Adding another woe to her already stressful predicament, the judge who made Katherine Paris' guardian has ordered an investigation into the teenager's attempted suicide, TMZ reports. A court investigator will determine whether her "health, education and welfare" have been compromised and privately report findings and recommendations to Superior Court Judge Mitchell L. Beckloff.

Paris is currently under psychiatric evaluation at Children's Hospital Los Angeles after cutting her wrist with a meat cleaver and consuming an excessive amount of Motrin pills on Wednesday morning at her Calabasas home. We hope this family receives some good news soon.
