Kim Kardashian made her first appearance since the birth of her daughter North West two weeks ago -- on her sister Khloe Kardashian's Facebook page Saturday.

The younger Kardashian posted a pic of the new mom taking a nap next to her dog Bernard and wrote: "I love my lil baby so much."

In the photo, Kim is in full makeup, wrapped in a blanket, strategically hiding her post-baby body. No doubt the image-obsessed reality star is making an effort to get back into pre-baby shape asap.

Meanwhile, Kim broke her Twitter silence Thursday, Tweeting birthday wishes to Khloe on her 29th.

And we had the FIRST pix of baby daddy Kanye West since the birth of his baby girl, as he hit up the movie theater with Kim's mom Kris Jenner on Thursday to see the Brad Pitt film World War Z.

Seems these two are starting to get cabin fever!
