Kim Kardashian pregnant Beverly Hills Hotel paparazzi drama

Kim Kardashian is a changed woman!

The newly camera-shy reality star tried dodging photographers as she entered the Beverly Hills Hotel solo yesterday. Kim, who was dressed in workout gear, showed up to the hotel without beau Kanye West on his 36th birthday. Kim Instagrammed a collage of their favorite moments together with the caption "Happy Birthday to my best friend, the ❤of my life, my soul!!!! I love you beyond words!"

All the way on the opposite coast, Kanye West celebrated his birthday last night in New York City with the likes of Jay-Z and Nas. Kanye is in town for the Governors Ball, but Kim couldn't fly to visit him because she's too far along in her pregnancy. Her due date falls sometime next month.

Kim is most likely keeping a low profile because of his recent traumatic run-in with unruly paparazzi who allegedly threatened her and her unborn child's lives. None of the photographers work for X17.
