Miley Cyrus may be sick, but the 20-year-old starlet was all smiles when she arrived at Jimmy Kimmel Live! in Los Angeles on Tuesday for her first-ever performance of her hit single "We Can't Stop."

Miley showed off her sexy stems in a pair of short shorts and heels, and she wore a 2Pac tee and plenty of bling. C'mon, she can't show off her amazing abs every time we see her!

What's next? After taping the segment on JKL, Miles jetted off to New York City, and this morning she will perform on Good Morning America in Times Square and later stop by LIVE with Kelly and Michael to chat with Michael Strahan and guest co-host Kristin Chenoweth. Talk about one busy babe!
