Amber Heard Talks About Romance With Johnny Depp, Makes Comparison To Brangelina

Amber Heard covers the new issue of Flare magazine, and the 27-year-old actress opens up about her relationship with Johnny Depp.

When asked about why she keeps her love life private, Heard tells the mag:

“It’s not part of my professional life. I want to be an artist. I don’t want to be a celebrity…You can find pictures of me pumping gas, picking up dry cleaning, walking my dog, but nowhere are you going to find pictures of me hanging around at some nightclub … Can you ever imagine yourself in a situation like Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie or Kim Kardashian and Kanye West, where the world feels like they have a stake in your private life? I would never want it… I guess I could not hold hands with who I want to, but what kind of life would that be? I don’t want to change just because people are watching. I’ve always been the person who says what she wants.”

The couple held hands at the premiere of The Lone Ranger in June, but up until that point they were hardly ever photographed together. Depp and Heard first met on the set of Rum Diary in 2009, and after rumors of infidelity, Depp and longtime partner Vanessa Paradis split in June 2012 after 14 years (and two kids) together.

Sounds like someone pulled an Angelina though ... so why isn't she talking about that?
