Bethenny Frankel and her billionaire friend Warren Lichtenstein decided to ditch the states for a spell and spend some time in Saint Tropez, France.

The reality star and the hedge fund mogul got pretty close after her split with ex husband Jason Hoppy, but the two insist it's strictly platonic as they've been good friends for over 20 years.
