Jay Z, who has now dropped the hyphen from his name, was spotted leaving lunch at Gjelina in Venice on Sunday after visiting with Kanye West, Kim Kardashian and their six-week-old daughter North West at Kris Jenner's Calabasas pad.

And apparently this isn't the first time the rapper stopped by say hi to little North West, who has yet to make her first public appearance. Earlier this month Jay and wife Beyonce Knowles were reportedly among the first non-family members to see the little girl, and they spoiled her with thousands of dollars worth of gifts.

Baby Nori made out like a bandit with personalized Christian Dior baby booties and a three-piece sterling silver Elsa Peretti Padova, and they apparently gifted her with a $14,000 Swarovski crystal-studded high chair at her shower last month.
