Reese Witherspoon and husband Jim Toth spent their Fourth of July on the beach in Malibu, and the 37-year-old actress showed off her body in a strapless polka dot tankini. Lookin' good!

While Reese sunned herself and sipped on a glass of white wine, Jim carried their 9-month-old son Tennessee around on the beach, and the tiny tot wore a top that read "American Boy." We won't make the American citizen joke again, but c'mon Reese ... you know we're thinking it!

Witherspoon's two children with ex-husband Ryan Phillippe, Ava and Deacon, were not at the beach ... maybe they were bonding with dad for the day?
