Newly Engaged Rose McGowan Spotted WIth Her Rock

Nice rock, Rose! Last week Rose McGowan, 39, announced that she and boyfriend, artist Davey Detail, were engaged. And on Thursday, the Grindhouse star was spotted with her engagement bling while out and about in Brentwood, Calif. Let's just hope this betrothal ends better for Rose than her last two!
The couple have been together for about a year, and this will be the first marriage for both. McGowan was previously engaged to Marilyn Manson for two years before ending their relationship in 2001, and then to director Robert Rodriguez from 2007 to 2009.
We wonder if three will be a charm for the former Charmed star?
