We got a peek at Kourtney Kardashian and her kids on the way in to a birthday party in Los Feliz over the weekend, but we didn't see this!
On the way out of the bash, Kourt stuck a "Happy Birthday" headdress on Penelope, and much to our surprise, the 13-month-old didn't rip the party hat off her head. What a little trooper!
