After Internet Leak, Lady Gaga Releases Single "Applause" One Week Early

Over the weekend, a low-quality version of Lady Gaga's new single, "Applause," got leaked and true-to-form, the in-your-face singer took control of the situation and released the official version of the hotly awaited song one week prior to its scheduled debut. Listen to the dance-tastic track here!
On Monday morning, Lady Gaga tweeted,"POP MUSIC EMERGENCY #0DAYSTillAPPLAUSE MY NEW SINGLE COMES OUT TODAY. 911 SPREAD THIS MESSAGE."
Subsequently, Mother Monster also tweeted that the song could soon be heard on airwaves. "MY NEW SINGLE 'APPLAUSE' IS OUT TODAY AND CAN BE HEARD ON UNITED STATES RADIO IN 15 MINUTES. INTERNATIONAL RADIO TO FOLLOW."
