Miley Cyrus Is Growing Her Hair Out

Hey, she's allowed to change her mind, and we couldn't be happier about it!

Miley Cyrus chatted with BFF Kelly Osbourne on a recent episode of Fashion Police, and despite saying that we would never see her with long hair again, the 20-year-old starlet says she misses her long locks.

"I'm secretly tugging on it every night and taking Viviscal," she said of the hair-growth vitamin supplement. "I'm not going to lie. But I'm going to rock it while I have it."

“I love a good weave. I can’t help it, I love a good piece. But I don’t have anything to clip [it to]," she lamented. However, she was happy to pose for tons of sexy photos with her cropped 'do, so it was fun while it lasted. "Doing the cover of Maxim and having short hair, I feel like I’m speaking on behalf of girls everywhere, breaking this, like, stereotype," she added.

A year ago Miles let celebrity hairstylist Chris McMillan chop of her locks, and even back in February she told E! News that fiance Liam Hemsworth "loves" her short do. "It's so much easier to go shave the sides once a week rather than getting your roots done when you have long hair," she said. "I feel like when you have short hair, the messier it is, the better it looks."

Can't wait to see what she does with her hair next ... but what color will it be?
