Simon Cowell is reportedly giving baby mama Lauren Silverman his $15 million Beverly Hills mansion once she divorces her husband Andrew, according to The Daily Mirror.

A source tells the U.K. tabloid:
    "Simon has amassed a lot of houses with his fortune and will want to provide for his child. But he seems to give away a house every time he splits from a girlfriend, so he is getting through them more quickly than he thought. He has instructed his advisers to let Lauren have the house, which means she can be nearby but crucially not too close so he can get on with his work and usual lifestyle."


The Mirror reports it is his 7,265 square-foot home in the gated Trousdale estate section of Beverly Hills. The mansion has four bedrooms, ocean views, a movie theater and a swimming pool. The source added, “Simon has lots of housing in Beverly Hills all close to each other and now lots of it contain his exes. He doesn’t seem to mind that he could bump into them at any time, but the rate he is going he may need to buy some more.”

Lauren will reportedly get several million dollars in her divorce settlement from Andrew, but the two still have to work out a custody agreement for their son Adam.

Where will Simon be shacking up? As far as we can tell, he'll be staying at his nearly 10,000-square-foot mansion in the 90210, which he bought in 2004 for $8 million and completely gutted.
