BREAKING NEWS - Kanye West Charged With Criminal Battery For Attacking Paparazzo At LAX In July

Kanye West has been charged with criminal battery and attempted grand theft after attacking a paparazzo at LAX on July 19, according to TMZ.
The photographer, Daniel Ramos, attempted to photograph Kanye as he headed to his chauffeured car after a flight but Kanye was NOT in the mood and approached the shooter, put him in what appears to be a headlock, dragged him to the ground and seemingly caused harm to the very expensive camera.
Gloria Allred is representing Ramos in the suit and claims Kanye left her client badly injured.
If convicted of both misdemeanors, Kanye faces a maximum of a year in jail. Arraignment is set for October 10.
