Can you believe Real Housewives of Atlanta's Kim Zolciak is due to give birth to twins later this fall?! She looks amazing!

Back in June the reality star announced that she was pregnant, but in August she revealed that she was expecting twins! Kim already has two sons with hubby Kroy Biermann, who she married in 2011. Kim also has two daughters Brielle, 16, and Ariana, 11, from her marriage to Dan Toce.

She's giving Brangelina a run for their money!
