We love it when celebs dress up as other celebs on Halloween!

Ellen DeGeneres grabbed a wig and some fake cleavage and threw together a hilarious costume for her show on Wednesday. "This year I decided to go as something really scary – half naked," she joked. "Of course I’m Nicki Minaj. Nicki was on the show a few weeks ago. Her shirt was not. She took my show from a PG rating to a Double D." HA!
