On Monday Justin Bieber released his new song "All That Matters," and now the video has popped up online! While we can't get enough of the Biebs, the video’s director (and Justin’s good friend Alfredo Flores), wasn't nearly as excited, as he tweeted late on Monday, "I hate leaks. You work so hard on something and then people see it at 70% opposed to 100 like intended."

Justin sings and dances on the Great Wall of China, and he even hugs a few lucky girls in the clip. Yesterday the 19-year-old singer posted a brief blog post about the meaning of his latest tune and wrote:

“The lyrics of this song are pretty self explanatory – when you fall in love with someone, that someone can make you feel whole. I feel like anyone who has been in love knows what I mean. The song conveys that being in love is one of the greatest feelings on earth. Love is all that matters. But the void you feel when that love goes away is gut-wrenching. I worked so hard on this song in the studio – trying to put that feeling into music was extremely important to me. I’m happy to share it with you. -JB.”

As usual, we suspect this song is about Selena ... but at what point will he actually win her back?
