Khloe Kardashian caught a plane from LAX to London's Heathrow Airport on Wednesday afternoon, and the realty starlet tweeted, "Everyone asking about the party and appearance. I have a launch party in London tomorrow night and then signing at Gilgamesh on Fri at 3pm ... See you soon, London! <3." After that she's heading to Dubai and Australia ... wonder what Lamar Odom is going to do while she's away for the week?!

Odom's struggles with substance abuse were finally exposed on the season finale of Keeping Up With The Kardashians on Sunday, but it sounds like things could be looking up for the couple. Khloe and Lamar went to see a marriage counselor in Beverly Hills on November 8, and according to Us Weekly their session lasted for more than 2 hours.

“It was very emotional,” a source tells the mag. “They spoke about all of their issues. Khloe still loves and cares about him. But healing will take a long time."
