Zac Efron Breaks His Jaw After Slipping And Falling At Home

This really hasn't been Zac Efron's year!

After going to rehab twice for alleged addictions to alcohol and cocaine, Efron broke his jaw after slipping on a puddle of water at the entrance to his Los Angeles home on Sunday. The 26-year-old star's jaw has been wired shut, and E! Online reports that the actor also suffered a gash that required stitches.

While Efron is expected to make a full recovery, his appearances to promote his upcoming movie That Awkward Moment have been put on hold.

Efron initially sought treatment in March for substance abuse issues, but after having a relapse, he went back to an undisclosed rehab center to get clean yet again. After taking a trip to Peru with his father in September, Zac has been maintaining a low profile, but last month he had a mellow evening out with former Hairspray co-star Brittany Snow, along with Julianne and Derek Hough at the Los Angeles Haunted Hayride. It sounds like he's getting back on track, so hopefully he feels better soon!
