Her body may be bootilicious, but she also has abs of steel!

Beyonce posted the snapshot above, and she's currently in the second week of her 22-day vegan challenge with hubby Jay Z. Think he snapped this photo? We're not sure, but either way, her body looks unreal!

In addition to cutting out all dairy and meat from her diet, we're thinking Bey might have been doing some crunches too. Over the summer Heatworld reached out to her trainer, Marco Borges, and they asked what it is that Bey does to get her body looking so bangin'.

For starters Borges said that she does quite a bit of dancing, which can burn up to 610 calories in one hour. The 32-year-old singer also does a series of side planks, sliding pikes and circle planks, and Borges revealed that Bey can hold a plank for five minutes.

Apparently she also works out for an hour four times a week ... and that's obviously not including concerts and rehearsals. No wonder her figure is so flawless!
