Reese Witherspoon Brentwood Whole Foods shopping Deacon

Reese Witherspoon looked casual and chic while running errands on Saturday.

The Oscar winner first lunched with her brood and hubby Jim Toth at Santa Monica's posh Ivy at the Shore then went grocery stopping at Whole Foods in Brentwood. Clad in a forest green and navy blue plaid top and skinny jeans, the actress dressed up the look with black leather Saint Laurent booties and a Reed Krakoff tote bag.

Reese must be indulging in her free time as she has several films to shoot and promote next year, including Atom Egoyan's crime drama "Devil's Knot." Her performance as a grieving mother in the West Memphis Three biopic is already generating Oscar buzz. The thriller will be released next year.
