Whenever we see a chipper Reese Witherspoon at the gym, we always think of her line in Legally Blonde, "Exercise gives you endorphins. Endorphins make you happy. Happy people just don't shoot their husbands, they just don't!" Hard to believe that was over a decade ago...

The Oscar winner skipped her almost daily spin class and went to yoga on Sunday morning, and she rocked sweats, a puffer jacket and a smile on her face. Last year Reese’s yoga teacher, Matthew Reyes, owner of YogaHop, explained how the mother of three keeps her body in shape.

"For the past two years, when she’s in town, I see her one to three times a week for a 90-minute class or in-home private sessions," he told iYogaLife. "I designed a workout that takes into account Reese’s three or four runs a week ... In Reese’s case she runs a lot so her legs had a good level of strength but now her upper and lower body are evenly structured."
