We just spoke with Barron Hilton's dad Rick moments ago and he tells us, EXCLUSIVELY, that the family will NOT sue Lindsay Lohan for allegedly masterminding the attack on his son Barron in Miami this weekend.

The 24-year-old heir to the Hilton fortune told cops Lilo's pal Ray LeMoine beat him up at Lindsay's request, early Friday morning after a full night of partying.

Barron posted a graphic photo of his injuries on Instagram the next day and Paris reportedly commented on the snap saying, "No one f*s with my family and gets away with it."

Subsequent reports claimed Barron was going to sue Lindsay for ordering the 'hit,' but according to the family patriarch, there will be no lawsuit!
