Gwen Stefani is an acupuncture aficionado.

The very pregnant star headed to her regular acupuncture appointment on Friday in Los Angeles. Unlike her mere mortal counterparts, Gwen is still towering comfortably in high heels in her third trimester. Even her fashion sense has remained the same during the pregnancy.

The No Doubt frontwoman wore black pants, a grey tee that showed off her growing baby bump and a half-denim-half-fleece jacket yesterday.

After months of keeping mum, the songstress confirmed her pregnancy last week by revealing the sex of her baby -- a boy! -- on her new Instagram account. It looks like husband Gavin Rossdale will soon have another son to play sports with; Kingston and Zuma are soccer stars. Or better yet, maybe they can form their own family rock band.
