Another day, another awesome outfit from Gwen Stefani! And from her amazing figure to her clothes, you almost can't even that tell the No Doubt singer is pregnant...

Yesterday afternoon X17 photographers snapped Gwen leaving her acupuncture appointment in Los Angeles with a smile on her face, and she may be nearly 8 months along, but that's not stopping her from wearing skinnies and stilettos!

Still no word on whether Gwen is having a little girl, but we're guessing she's going to have a baby shower in the next week or two, so maybe we'll find out then?
