Justin Bieber might not have been drunk the night of his DUI arrest in Miami on January 23, but he definitely wasn't sober, either!
In fact, the toxicology report just came back, and the singer had THC and alprazolam, which is the key ingredient in Xanax, in his system, TMZ reports. The good news is that the Canadian crooner tested negative for other drugs like cocaine and opiates.
In the official police report, The Biebs told officers that his mom Patti Malette was the one who had supplied him with the anti-anxiety medication. JB also confessed that he had been smoking weed all night in the studio.
He might have been a disrespectful brat during the incident, but at least he didn't lie!
