Justin Bieber's Mug Shot Released After D.U.I. Arrest

And he's smiling?!

Justin Bieber's mug shot has been released by the Miami Beach Police Department, and the 19-year-old singer doesn't look alarmed at all in the photo.

Bieber was arrested early on Thursday morning for driving under the influence when police busted him for speeding on a residential street, and he was also slapped with charges of resisting arrest, drag racing and driving on an expired license.

Bieber was partying at SET nightclub earlier in the evening with his entourage, and though the pop superstar reportedly told police that he was recording music and had not been drinking, officials stated during a press conference that Bieber later admitted "he had consumed some alcohol, been smoking marijuana and consumed some prescription medication." That would certainly explain the look on his face!

The police report notes that officers smelled "an odor of alcohol emanating from the driver's breath," adding that Bieber had "slow deliberate movements" and "bloodshot eyes." In addition to being under the influence and resisting arrest, Bieber was driving with an expired Georgia license. His team has yet to release a statement on the matter...
