Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez went on a romantic getaway to Santa Cruz this past weekend, and while the pop star tweeted that he was in the area with his dad Jeremy and made NO mention of his on again/off again lady love, several locals spotted Selena with him.

Santa Cruz Deputy Chief of Police Steve Clark told the Santa Cruz Sentinel that his daughters saw the duo together near the Seascape Beach Resort. "Gomez was wearing a blonde wig and Bieber had a hooded sweatshirt and sunglasses," reports the paper. "The Clark sisters said after the two idols realized they were recognized, they ran inside the Seascape Beach Resort, with Gomez's wig falling off in the process." Not very sneaky, SG!

According to TMZ the couple then camped at the KOA Kampgrounds in a luxury RV, which belongs to none other than Biebs' pal Chris Brown. Though the motor home costs between $1.5 and $2.5 million, Bieber and his entourage paid about $65 a night to park it at the location.

First segways, then a snuggly selfie and now a trip? Sounds like Jelena is back on in full force...
