Khloe Kardashian and Matt Kemp are back at it again ... hitting the gym as Hollywood's most official, un-official couple. Are they or aren't they, already?!

We've been spotting the two lifting weights together ever since the day Khloe filed for divorce from estranged hubby Lamar Odom.

Kemp, in fact, is fresh out of a walking boot after ankle surgery during the Dodger's offseason. The baseball club's GM Ned Colletti said Wednesday, the team expects Kemp to be playing by the middle of spring training.

Seems Khloe's helping him get his game back ... and vice versa ...
