Well, acupuncture isn't exactly getting pampered (a message would be more our speed), but it does make Gwen Stefani feel better, and after getting poked with needles, the No Doubt singer headed to the nail salon for a mani/pedi.

We caught Gwen in between appointments, and as always, she looked amazing and flashed us a sweet smile. Gwen's due next month, and last week she revealed that it will be boy number three for her and Gavin Rossdale. Now the only question is what the parents will call the little guy ... as you know, Kingston and Zuma have pretty unique names...
