We guess Madge isn't into traditional presents!

Madonna gave son David a set of gold grills for his recent birthday, and she shared a pic on her Instagram of the elementary schooler rocking his new mouth accessory!

"Someone stole my Grilzzzzzzzzz!!!" she captioned the snapshot.

The 8-year-old accompanied the Material Girl to the Grammys last month, and revealed to interviewers he was eager to add some bling to his teeth just like his famous mom.

"She said she'd get me a grill for this birthday," he told Ryan Seacrest on the red carpet.
