Megan Foz and husband Brian Austin Green welcomed a baby boy on Thursday, TooFab reports.
The couple are already parents to 15-month-old Noah, as well as the 90210 actor's son Kassius from a previous relationship.
The child's name has yet to be released.
Congrats to the new parents!
