Despite the dark attire, you can't rain on Reese Witherspoon's parade!

The Oscar winner was all smiles when she donned dark shades and a black trench coat to arrive at a Manhattan office building on Wednesday afternoon in New York City. It certainly looks like 37-year-old is channeling film icon Audrey Hepburn with her classic look. How chic!

The Sweet Home Alabama star and her hubby Jim Toth braved the frosty New York weather for New York Fashion Week.

Over the weekend, Witherspoon chatted with Mindy Kaling at the Brentwood School's 2014 Young Women's Conference.

During the sit down, the petite blonde revealed what she did for fun. "Few people know this about me, but I like to take hip-hop dance classes. I'm not saying I'm good at hip-hop dance classes, I just enjoy taking them. … I liked taking dance classes when I was in high school and I was never any good at it. But they would bring three girls to the front and they'd say, 'Okay, watch Sarah for her arms. And watch Lily for her legs. And watch Reese for her personality.'"

Hahaha! Although we have a hard time believing the superstar mom-of-three isn't good at something -- we love knowing that Reese might not be fab at everything!
