Simon Cowell and girlfriend Lauren Silverman welcomed son Eric on Valentine's Day, and since the birth, the American Idol head honcho can't stop gushing about his new addition on social media!
"The last three days have been incredible. Eric Lauren sqiddly and diddly all happy" he captioned the above snapshot of his newborn surrounded by stuffed animals.
For a guy that never wanted kids, he sure seems smitten!
