Friends Nikki Reed and Julianne Hough shared a laugh after working up a sweat together at the Tracey Anderson in Studio City on Sunday.

The gal pals met up for an early morning work out session at the trendy gym.

Wearing a sheer black top over a green sports bra, 25-year-old professional dancer-turned-actress showed off her slim pins in cropped leggings. Nikki, who is also 25, wore layers of grey with black leggings.

Ryan Seacrest's former flame left her new man at home to keep up her fit physique with her lady friend. Julianne has recently seeing 30-year-old hockey player Brooks Laich. The duo were introduced by Brooks' actor friend Teddy Sears, Julianne co-star in her upcoming film Curve.

In a recent interview with 106.7 The Fan, Brooks praised Julianne, saying: "I'm kind of shy on my personal life. But she's a cool, cool girl. She's just a sweetheart, very loving, very giving. She puts so much great out into the world. I'm a pretty lucky guy."

On the other hand, Nikki has been married to former American Idol contestant Paul McDonald, 29, since 2011. The twosome tied the knot after a mere seven months.

The Twilight actress told Zooey mag, "I walked over to Paul and knew I was in love within one second of saying hi. It was the craziest thing that has ever happened to me in my life."
