Olivier Martinez grabbed dinner at RivaBella in West Hollywood last night without wife Halle Berry, and we really hope the rumors that they're on the verge of divorce aren't true!

Reports are circulating that the couple are on the outs due to their hectic schedules, and that they are living separate lives and a split is imminent. The Oscar winner and the French actor haven't been seen together publicly since December, and the actress stepped out to a post-Oscars party on March 2 without her wedding bauble.

They pair welcomed son Maceo last October, and if we had to guess we would assume the stress of new parenthood isn't helping their relationship either.

We hope they work things out!
