Ben Affleck took daughter Seraphina to breakfast at the Brentwood Country Mart this morning, and it seems the A-list actor is enjoying being on daddy duty while wife Jen Garner works!

Speaking of Jen G, the actress made an appearance on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon last night and chatted all about the difference between being mom and being dad in their household.

"We are divided down a very mom-dad[line]. If it has to do with making food, or homework, or anything that has to do with actually functioning… That's a Mom thing. Sorry, it's true. Then, coming in just as you're getting them to bed and picking them up by their heels and swinging them around, that's a Dad thing. Anything fun, that is Ben," she joked to the talk show host.

It looks like the Argo star is handling the kids pretty well by himself!
