On Tuesday afternoon David Beckham and son Brooklyn hit SoulCycle in Brentwood, and the boys looked positively exhausted after their workout. Victoria joined the duo on Saturday morning, and we knows she busts her butt on the treadmill every day, but maybe one cycle sesh was enough for her!

Posh turns 40 on April 17, and apparently she's already planned out a mellow evening with her hubby and their four children. A source told HELLO! magazine, ''She really doesn't want a big party contrary to what many people think, those kind of ostentatious events just aren't her style. She is in Los Angeles on holiday and as David insisted on doing something, they've settled on a lovely dinner party with some of Victoria's LA-based friends and they'll do another one when they return to London."

Still, it sounds like some of friends aren't willing to let her get away with turning the big 4-0 on the down low! "Eva Longoria and Kate Beckinsale are determined to make her birthday a night to remember," the mag added. "They will undoubtedly have a few surprises in store."
