Gwen Stefani took newborn son Apollo for a check-up in L.A. today, and the No Doubt front woman showed off her svelte post-baby physique in a black bodysuit with a houndstooth coat.

The singer's little boy was wheeled in his carriage into the medical building by the nanny, so we guess we have to wait a little longer to get our first glimpse at the family's newest addition.

The blonde beauty gave birth mere weeks ago, but she's already back to the grind, and made a surprise appearance at the Coachella Music Festival over the weekend. After grooving with Pharrell, the music man had nothing but praise for the mother-of-three.

"Before she leaves, I have not seen her in nine months. Look how amazing the queen looks as she is making her arrival back to the music industry. Make some noise for the queen of awesome," the "Happy" singer told the crowd.

She should change her name to Super Woman!
