Just two weeks ago, Lindsay Lohan revealed on camera that she had had a post rehab slip up when she had a glass of wine, breaking her sobriety. And now inquiring minds, social media, and Oprah want to know the answer to this question: Is Lindsay Lohan sober now?

Judging by the reports of her partying at Coachella, drinking vodka during a magazine interview and her Instagram, it seems pretty doubtful.

In recent months, there have been several highly suspicious posts on her Instagram, leading people to question the actress' sobriety. A week ago she Instagramed a blurry pic while at a bar with a "good friend," and there is a high ball glass in the background. Hey Lindz, we get that you are on your own path but maybe if you keep slipping -- stay out of bars? Just an idea …

Her insistence upon posting photos of her still partying lifestyle has been very troubling. Back in February, the 27-year-old Instagramed a pic of The Following actor Nico Tortorella with his hands up in the hair in a very messy, party-tastic kitchen with the caption, "dinner with friends."

Hey Lilo, by "dinner" do you mean that you and yours starting off by nibbling on vodka salad, then feasting on roasted vodka, served with a side of vodka? Because judging by the pic of that kitchen -- that's what it looks like. It's a frat boy's party palace.

Hey Lindsay, here's a word to the wise: Stop hanging out at bars and with people who drink -- and go to a meeting.
