Tori Spelling surfaced for the first time today since it was revealed she underwent a secret six day hospitalization, and the reality star showed signs of stress with her super skinny frame and frantic demeanor. Poor girl!

The mother-of-four was reportedly suffering from intense migraines and an ulcer!

"Tori's head hurt so much, she couldn't have any light in her bedroom. And she couldn't keep any food down from the ulcer. She was in a great deal of pain and was very scared," a source told Radar.

The former 90210 star is busy documenting her marriage crisis with Dean McDermott for their new show True Tori, and many fans are speculating whether the couple faked the cheating scandal for the sake of ratings!

We doubt they'd put their children through this ordeal if it wasn't real, but then again they have been grabbing more headlines than ever before!
